Entries will be accepted online starting on OCTOBER 12, 2024 at 12:00 AM EST and end on OCTOBER 31, 2024 at 11:59 PM EST.

To enter, make a purchase on www.thercchopshop.com. For every $1 spent, participants will receive 1 entry into the sweepstakes.

There will be only one (1) winner in this sweepstakes. The Grand Prize is one (1) NEW Vanquish H10 Optic RTR valued at $499.99.

Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. No cash or other prize substitution permitted. The prize is non transferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

A winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. The winner will be notified via the email address provided during entry. The winner must respond within seven (7) days to claim their prize.

The RC Chop Shop will ship the prize to the winner's provided address. Any taxes or fees related to the prize will be the responsibility of the winner. If the winner lives within the continental U.S. shipping will be free. If the winner lives in Alaska, Hawaii, or out of the country the cost of shipping will be the responsibility of the winner. The RC Chop Shop is not responsible for any lost packages or any damage that could result during transit.

The RC Chop Shop reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the sweepstakes in the event of technical issues, fraud, or any other circumstance beyond our control. This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

By entering you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
