Shipping policy

Orders are shipped out Monday-Friday in the order that they are received. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to ship (3-4 if you are international). Processing times may vary during web drop weeks. Certain new and RTR items may not be available for immediate in-store pick-up and could take an additional 3-5 days to ship. 

International Orders:

If you are placing an international order you, the buyer, are responsible for all customs fees/import taxes, etc. relating to your order. We will not refund the cost of shipping for any order that is returned to us due to a failure to pay those fees.

 

Optional Insurance:

Optional insurance can be purchased at an additional cost. 

This only protects orders from damages that occur DURING the shipping process and/or packages that are lost during transit. This does not protect your package from mailbox or porch theft. 

TO ACTIVATE, HIT THE SHIPPING PROTECTION BUTTON IN THE CART AT CHECK-OUT. The cost of insurance will be based on the total price of all items in your cart (this does not include any digital items, items that don't require shipping, or sales tax).

Please note shipping providers no longer provide free insurance for packages under $100. If you do not purchase insurance and something happens to your package, we will not be issuing a refund. 

If a claim needs to be filed for a package due to damage or loss, you will not get a refund until after the claim has been processed by the postal carrier and only IF they decide to cover the claim.
