We are a small hobby shop and e-commerce business located in Rushville, OH. We have a passion for RC's and are proud to say that, because of all of you, this has evolved from a side hustle into a full-time business. Originally established in 2018, our ideas and our team have grown, however, our goal has remained the same - To provide a safe, friendly, and convenient place to buy used RC cars and parts.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped out Monday-Friday in the order that they are received. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to ship (3-4 if you are international).

Processing times may vary during web drop weeks.

Certain new and RTR items may not be available for immediate in-store pick-up and could take an additional 3-5 days to ship. If you need this item immediately please contact us to confirm availability before purchasing. If purchased with additional items you may receive multiple shipments at no additional cost. 

How long will it take for me to receive my package?

We ship our packages using USPS ground and UPS ground. The closer you are to Ohio the faster you will receive your order.

In general packages shipping to the mid-west and east coast will arrive within 2-4 days and packages shipping to the west coast can take up to 5-7 days.

Please note these times are estimated and can vary due to holidays.

Can I pick-up my order?

Yes! If you live in the central Ohio area you can pick-up your order at our new location:

6014 Zion RD NW Rushville, OH 43150

Follow the split driveway to the large building at the back of the property. You can enter through the door with our logo on it.

Pick-up hours are Monday-Friday 11 AM-5 PM. If you cannot pick up during those hours contact us at help@thercchopshop.com or send us a message via Facebook Messenger.

Please wait until after you receive the ready for pick-up notification before heading to the store.

I Placed multiple orders. Can you combine my shipments?

Yes! If the first order hasn't shipped yet we can combine your orders together. Leave a message in the comments section at check-out to let us know you want them combined or send us a message on Facebook.

We receive a large volume of orders during web drops so we cannot guarantee that your order will be combined if you reach out to us but we will do our best.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! Right now we have shipping set-up for several countries and are always willing to add more. If you're experiencing any issues when trying to place your order or we don't have shipping set-up for your country please email us at help@thercchopshop.com or send us a message via Facebook.

Who is responsible for paying customs fees? (International Orders Only)

The buyer is responsible for all customs fees/import taxes, etc. relating to their order. By purchasing from our website you are agreeing to pay any additional fees that arise as a result of your purchase with whatever government agency requires it. We will not refund the cost of shipping for any order that is returned to us due to a failure to pay those fees.

I Never Received My Package. Now what?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you experience any issues after we ship the order please contact the delivery service directly. 

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

We do not accept any returns or exchanges. We suggest that you thoroughly look at all of the pictures and the descriptions on all items before purchasing them. If you have any questions about an item you can contact us through our website, Facebook messenger, or you can email us at help@thercchopshop.com.

LIVE AUCTIONS

What is a Live Auction?

It's our way of cleaning out our inventory! We generally hold one live auction a month via Facebook live. Everything in our auction is set at no reserve and anyone is welcome to participate!

Auction announcements and previews are posted on Facebook the week of.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Each item is listed for 1 minute and whoever has the highest bid/comment (according to our screens) after the timer goes off will win the item. 

If you win we need the following information from you via Facebook Messenger -

  • First + Last Name
  • Email
  • Full Shipping Address
HOW DO I PAY?

After the auction is over we will send you an itemized invoice via PayPal that details what items you won, the total price, and the cost of shipping. If you’re local you can also opt to pick-up in-store.

We accept the following payment methods -

  • PayPal
  • CashApp
  • Venmo
  • Cash (if you're local)

If you don’t pay your invoice you will no longer be allowed to participate in our auctions.
