How do I become a dealer?
To become a dealer email the following information to kennedy@thercchopshop.com -

- Physical Location

What is the dealer discount?
Dealers receive 30% off products developed and manufactured by us (RCCS).
What products are included in the dealer discount?
All products listed on this page are eligible for the dealer discount.
How do I receive free shipping?
Any order $150 or more will automatically receive free shipping at check-out if the shipping location is within the continental United States.
When can I expect my order to ship?
Orders will ship within 3 business days. Please note that we do not ship orders out during the weekends or on any major holidays.
Do products come ready to merchandise?
Yes, all of our products come pre-packaged with hang-tags so they can go out immediately upon arrival.
What if the items I want to order are out of stock?
If the products and/or quantity you are looking to order are not in-stock email kennedy@thercchopshop.com and include the following information -
- Product SKU
- Qty Desired
We will contact our manufacturers and provide you with an ETA on when we expect those to become available.
Will I be alerted when new products are added?
When new items become available we will send information via email.
I can't remember my discount code. How do I get a new one?
If you forgot your custom code email kennedy@thercchopshop.com. New codes are also available upon request.
Do my orders qualify for sweepstakes entries?
No, any orders placed containing a dealer discount code will not be eligible to earn sweepstakes entries.
